Terri Allred is a trauma-informed leadership coach and facilitator who helps women professionals navigate conflict, burnout, and big transitions with clarity and compassion. She is the Founder of the Holistic Leadership Academy and Owner of Allred Consulting.

What Happens at our Events?
Each month we hear from speakers who have deep experience in the topic to be discussed. There is lots of room for questions from the attendees to ensure the discussion is relevant, informed by experience, and addresses the real questions women have when running a business.
WE Forum is held on the 3rd Thursday of the month for Workshops and Panels and on the 4th Thursday of the month for Social Connects. There is a rotation of lunch workshops one month, morning panelists the next, and evening social connects the third.

These events have proven to be valuable networking and learning events for women business owners. It is a chance to hear from those who have faced the same challenges and hear how they navigated those challenges to become successful entrepreneurs. Join other Rochester area women who are passionate about their ideas and their business. You may find your next client or business partner!
