Women's Roundtable
Please join us this month at the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Office.
This month's speaker and host is Martha Wellers with Woodland Strategies on Conflict – Learn what it is, how to embrace it and use it to your advantage.
Conflict is inevitable and can often be an excellent catalyst for positive change. How do you tend to respond when things heat up?
This workshop is designed to help you evaluate and navigate conflict. Learn to recognize the types and the causes of conflict, develop strategies to facilitate resolution, and learn how to manage your reactions to conflict as well as ongoing relationships once the conflict has been resolved.
Get accustomed to the notion of conflict and strengthen your presence within these situations.
