Lead Carpenter
We are seeking a qualified, full-time carpenter to join the Carpentry Team at Elias Construction. Prior experience of 10+ years is required. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and execution of project duties as directed by the the project manager.
Primary Duties:
- Lead carpentry projects, including leading a team of carpenters to a successful and timely project outcome.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Comprehensive construction knowledge
- Proficient and experienced in all aspects of the carpentry/construction process
Abilities:
- Positive attitude and works well with others
- Detail oriented
- Multitasking with multiple projects
- Meets deadlines
- Great relationship skills
- Dependable and highly organized
- Professional demeanor
- Can work effectively independently
- Professional working proficiency in English
