Julie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Augsburg University. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, bringing a strong understanding of family systems, youth development, and trauma-informed care. 

Julie supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related challenges and has experience facilitating Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency (MICD) groups for adults. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy, and elements of DBT.

Julie believes in creating a grounded, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, heal, and move toward meaningful growth.
